Facultytraining.net Blended Online Instructor Training (OIT) is an online, instructor-led course that guides participants in developing or improving their own online or blended online-classroom course. The length of the course can be customized as to topics, timing, and delivery.

We train on industry standard learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard.

Our multimedia tutorials are "chunked" into 2-3 minute narrated screen demonstrations, similar in presentation to the "follow along demo" style used in classroom-based training, made available 24 hours/7 days a week.

At the end of the training sessions, successful participants will have a solid course foundation built on their own course sites, and a blueprint for completing the remaining details. This isn't just theory or demonstrations of how to do things--this is "learn by doing" with plenty of expert guidance.

Participants who complete the course are awarded a Certificate of Completion of Blended Online Instructor Training and are prepared to begin teaching their course immediately.
